Open the registration page and create a free account. The web dashboard is currently in Russian, but the steps below show exactly where to go.

The Telegram interface is available in English. Account setup currently happens in the Russian-language web dashboard.

Add your website
In the dashboard, open “Сайты” (Websites), add your domain, and configure the indexing methods available for that website.

Create an API token
Open “Настройки” (Settings), create an API token, and copy the value that starts with ib_. Treat it like a password.

Connect the Telegram bot
Open the bot, choose English if needed, tap “Connect dashboard API key”, and paste the token. You can then submit URLs directly in Telegram.

The token grants access to your organization’s indexing quota. Do not send it to directories, support chats, or third-party bots. If it is exposed, revoke it in Settings and create a new one.
